As a geriatric care manager, I am continually involved with home health agencies who provide the in-home care for my clients. I have been fortunate to find A Nurses' Registry, an agency who has often exceeded my expectations with their level of oversight on a case. They have provided me with very qualified and dedicated CNA's as well as a nursing staff that is involved with the medical needs of my clients and responsive when we've had a change in status or emergency. They are a "cut above", and I would recommend their agency to anyone with a loved one needing any level of in-home assistance.

I recommend "A Nurses' Registry" for conscientious nursing care. We have used them for over 5 years with outstanding service. A nurse supervisor is assigned to each case and she oversees all aspects of care: medication ordering and control, any health issues that arise and supervising of working staff.
We have encountered professional service from each of their staff members. They have all been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
I feel that I could call them any time of the day or night and someone would respond immediately to my concerns. I have called when I had a concern about medication side effects, a fever, or just when the patient was "not acting" as she normally does. Someone from the agency is always there to respond.
Not only do they provide excellent nursing care, but they show that little extra something, going out of their way to be accommodating and caring. That matters so much when you are worrying about the care of you loved one!

What can one say about a team of nurses and professionals who have provided assistance to my parents for more than five years. There is an innate burden which has been lifted from family members and my shoulders as a direct result of the quality care being given. In addition to the care, there is the human touch which reaches all of us, in good and difficult times. Quality nursing care, quality people, the highest quality puts A Nurses' Registry a cut above all others. I am most grateful!
