Mandatory Requirements: (We exceed State requirements)
- Current State of Florida License (RN and LPN only)
- Current State of Florida Certificate (CNA only)
- Level I and Level II background screening including fingerprint check through the FBI
- CPR Certified – Adult and Pediatrics
- State required health clearance from communicable diseases
- Individual malpractice insurance
- State required Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
- 3 references (we check reference)
- 1-2 years experience in medical/ surgical nursing (nurses only)
- Experience in home health care
- Current Driver's License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance
- Social Security Card
- Passport, if available
- Must wear white uniform (unless patient requests otherwise)
- Must conform to all standards and policies of A Nurses’ Registry
